Transitional Housing Program

The Transitional Housing Program is structured to include a multitude of services designed to stabilize the family and help them move towards self-sufficiency. Services include a furnished one or two-bedroom apartment, case management, safety planning, job development, money management, housing counseling, daily living skills counseling, crisis intervention, children's services, transportation, childcare, and fun family activities.
